SHIPPING
Most items are shipped using a UK courier service, some are shipped via royalmail. A signature will be required on delivery for courier items so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available 9 - 5, Mon to Fri. Most items should be received within 5-7 working days, however some items can take upto 10 - 12 days. Update are provided at time of dispatch
Delivery Attempts:
Deliveries are usually the next working day (Mon - Fri), and will require a signature at the point of delivery. If they are unable to obtain a signature on delivery they will leave a calling card asking you to contact your local depot to arrange a redelivery. You must contact your local depot within 2 days of them leaving the calling card or the item will automatically be returned to us and you will be responsible for the return postage costs which will be charged at £11.00
Shipping Prices:
Our standard postage cost is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any offshore destinations.
We do not cover the following postal regions:
ZE 1-99, GY1-199, JE, KW, PA41-78, PH, JE
HS, IV, BFPO, IM,TR21-25, Ireland and Nothern Ireland
.
Items Damaged in Transit:
All items are sent with an insured courier service. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" or "unchecked" and contact us via email within 3 working days. Failure to do this will invalidate transit insurance.
All replacements will be issued on receipt of the damaged item, we are not able to offer a "doorstep swap" service.
RETURNS POSTAGE
Any items returned back to us for any reason will have a maximum postage refund back to the customer
for £10
Damages
Any damages must be reported within 3 working days of delivery of goods.
The buyer is responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping if the goods need to returned for any reason.
A refund of postage will only apply when the item has been tested and found faulty.
When returning any item, please make sure you have your order number and a description of the damage/fault.
Please ensure to provide a copy of your postage receipt so a claim can be processed.

REFUNDS
If for any reason refunds are to be made regarding an order, we will contact you and a refund will be made within 21 days.
Any Refunds made back for an order where no fault has been found with the item will carry a £12 charge for courier items and £5 charge for our postage charges for royalmail.
No postage refunds are made for any items which not faulty.
WARRANTY
Warranty Information:
Our standard warranty is a 21 day "Return to Base" warranty (Refund / Replace). Return shipping costs must be met by the buyer.
Exchanges
If an item is to be exchanged for whatever reason (including damaged in transit or faulty on arrival) we MUST receive the damaged / faulty item back before dispatching the replacement.
Faulty/Damaged Goods:
Any items found to be faulty must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging accompanied with the order number and details of the fault.
Your Right to Cancel:
Distance Selling Regulations
Any orders placed are subject to your rights of cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You may exercise this right by contacting us via email.You must notify us within seven days from the date of delivery. Please note that the cost of you returning the goods where you wish to cancel for reasons which are not due to product performance or description will be payable by you. Postage and Insurance charges (equal to the original Postage and Insurance or £11 whichever is greater) will not be refunded save for in circumstances where the goods are deemed to have been defective.
Refunds for Cancellations will be provided within 21 days.
